This policy applies to 2027 Big Vision Wall Calendars purchased during our original pre-order launch period. Our 2027 Big Vision calendars are now available for regular purchase.

Payment
Full payment was collected at checkout when customers placed their pre-orders.

Estimated Dispatch
Pre-orders were originally advertised with an estimated dispatch timeframe of 2–4 weeks from purchase. This was an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. 

Updates & Delays
If a pre-order experiences a significant delay or cannot be fulfilled, please contact us at hello@bigvisioncalendar.com. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests for previous pre-orders are handled in accordance with the terms applicable when the order was placed and any mandatory consumer rights.

Returns & Refunds
For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
